Job Description: Old Town family of 4 - single mother and three daughters—is seeking an experienced Nanny Manager. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term position with a loving family. Start as soon as possible.

Schedule: Guaranteed 24 hours, M-Th, 3:00pm-9:00pm. Family can be flexible if Nanny Manager would like more hours.

Compensation: $25-$30/hour + vacation, holidays, sick days.

Job Details and Responsibilities:

The care will be for three children, ages 12, 10, and 7. All children are in full-time school.
Responsibilities are for the day-to-day care of the children such as planning and preparing nutritious meals, prepping school lunches, pick up/drop off children from school, summer camps, activities and help with maintaining their schedule and tracking their school and activity calendars. Light housekeeping will be needed such as children's laundry, family's dishes (emptying/loading dishwasher), tidying children's bedrooms and common areas, helping maintain a clean and organized household.
Parent works from home in a separate space. Nanny should be comfortable with this arrangement.
The family will need occasional overnight care when the parent is traveling.

Qualifications:

Nanny should have extensive, verifiable nannying experience. Has worked with multiple children at a time.
Nanny is looking for a long-term commitment with the family.
Nanny should be warm and caring. Will be able to foster a positive relationship with the family.
Nanny should be self-sufficient. Will be able to plan activities and keep track of children’s needs. Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and anticipate family's needs.
Driving is required for the role. The family will provide a vehicle. Candidate should have a safe driving record and be comfortable driving in the city.
COVID and Flu vaccinations are preferred.
